Assist the Moderator in running committee proceedings by managing the speaker’s list and accurately tallying votes. Enforce Parli-Pro and maintain firm, diplomatic order in the committee room. Deliver proactive feedback and targeted coaching to encourage inclusive participation and foster individual delegate growth. |
